Lindsay E. Myers

Lindsay Myers (Bennett) lives in Florida. She started her healthcare career 20+ years ago doing hospital budgets, then moved up quickly to leadership positions with well-known health systems. Over years she has served as

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a state-wide health system
  • Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Ravin Consultants
  • Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the largest nonprofit post-acute health system in the U.S., including hospices, home health agencies, and medical practice practices
  • Director of Operations for a national community health provider
  • Director of Revenue Cycle for the largest orthopedic group in the state
  • Associate Director of a national healthcare consulting firm
  • Finance Manager for large hospital systems

Lindsay is particularly passionate about helping hospices, medical groups, and community health programs transform their financial position through growth and operational reconfiguration. She has found several million dollars for her clients by improving patient access, automating operations, and finding unbilled revenue opportunities. She lives on the west coast of Florida with her 3 children and Siberian Husky.

Shannon C. Clancy-Kimball

Ph.Dc, J.D., M.B.A,

Shannon C. Clancy-Kimball, Ph.Dc, J.D., M.B.A, is an attorney, licensed to practice law in Florida. In addition to her extensive litigation experience, Shannon worked as corporate Legal Liaison for Volunteers of America Florida, a statewide nonprofit providing medical, behavioral health, and housing services. She also served as Program Manager for the largest nonprofit hospice system in the country, coordinating operating budgets, working on merger and integration projects, and business intelligence systems implementations. Her background in healthcare includes advocating for veterans’ rights, handing landlord/tenant issues, and negotiating healthcare contracts. Shannon’s legal credentials, her experience in the government and nonprofit sectors, and strong background in finance and business make her a key member of Conrad Healthcare’s health facilities planning and Certificate of Need consulting team.

Shannon is a doctoral candidate for Human Services and Nonprofit Management at Capella University, earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, her M.B.A. from the University of North Florida’s Coggins College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is passionate about volunteering.

We support Catholic charities, anti-human trafficking charities, and those supporting women and children who are victims of domestic violence. Lindsay Myers Bennett has served on the board of Orenda Health and Wellness, a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in the Sarasota area.
